What are the typical applications for Millar pressure catheters?

Millar pressure catheters can be used for both cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular applications for research and clinical purposes.

What are the available payment options?

Different payment options are available for domestic and international customers.

Recognized US educational or research facilities, hospitals or businesses are eligible for 30-day terms. Other payment options, including credit accounts, advance payments, credit cards and COD, are available to students, individuals, physicians or private companies and practices.

Payment options for international customers include a confirmed irrevocable letter of credit valid for at least 90 days, credit card and wire transfer.

Are there warranties on the products?

Yes, Millar offers the most complete and comprehensive warranty available on the market. More information about the Millar product warranty can be found here.

My product is in need of repair, what should I do?

Should your catheter need service or repair, refer to the repair policy associated with your specific catheter model. Click here to view the repair options chart.

If your catheter model is repairable, contact Millar’s Customer Service Department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returned products must be sterile, well packed and insured for the full value. Your phone and fax number, email address and reason for return must be included inside the package.

What is the policy for exchanges and refunds?

If you require a product exchange or refund, please contact Millar’s Customer Service Department for a Return-to-Stock (RTS) Authorization number. Restocking charges may be applied. All returned products must be unused and in their original container. Used Millar Mikro-Tip catheters are not returnable for credit or exchange.
