Product Exchange or Return

Please contact Millar's Customer Service Department for a Return-to-Stock (RTS) Authorization number before returning a product for credit or exchange. Returned products are subject to a restocking charge. Products to be returned must be unused and in their original container. Used Millar Mikro-Tip catheters are not returnable for credit or exchange.
