SPR-340 Dog, Pig, Sheep Pressure Catheter

The SPR-340 Mikro-Tip^® large animal pressure catheter provides optimal data for monitoring high-fidelity cardiovascular pressures at the source. The SPR-340 is the curved tipped 4F option in Millar’s state-of-the-art line of single pressure, large animal (Dog/Pig/Sheep) pressure catheters for left ventricular, right ventricular and systemic blood pressure measurements. The high frequency response and robust design enhance your ability to collect the highest quality data possible, streamlining your path to publication and optimizing device development.

The SPR-340 is made from 4F polyurethane - woven Dacron catheter material to provide robust and steerable delivery of the pressure sensor. At 120 cm, the catheter can be placed into the LV using either a femoral or carotid approach. The curved tip can aid placement over the aortic arch and across the aortic valve. Its smaller size allows for use when a number of other measurement devices will be present within the cardiovascular system.
