Shaneen Rowe

Senior Director of R&D Engineering

Shaneen joined Millar in 2024, with responsibility for leading product development for OEM and Millar’s internal R&D. With career experience in the medical device space, Shaneen has strong interest in bringing new products to market with the goal of sustaining or improving patient lives. Her experience in R&D, Design Control, Manufacturing and Project Management provide powerful tools to move products from the concept into commercialization.

Most recently, Shaneen held the position of Director of Engineering at the Merit Medical Houston facility. She has also worked in Engineering roles at Ethicon/J&J Inc and Mentor Worldwide LLC. Shaneen received her BS and PhD degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is a native of Rochester, NY and enjoys spending time with her family, travel, and Peloton workouts.
