With over 55 years of pioneering sensing technology, Millar partners with global leaders to turn breakthrough technologies into life-saving innovations and advanced medical, industrial and environmental solutions.
For Huntly Millar, the sky was never the limit. In the late 1960s, alongside Dr. Bill Hall, he designed our first catheter-tip transducer while flying a small plane above Arizona. This moment sparked a lifelong commitment to solving the world’s toughest pressure measurement challenges.
Today, that pioneering spirit continues to drive innovation across medical, industrial and environmental sensing, and was recently expanded in 2023 with our acquisition of Sentron, adding multiparameter solid‑state sensor expertise to the Millar legacy.
With headquarters located in Texas and an expanding global presence, Millar has long been a trusted leader in MEMS sensor technology. Our recent acquisition of Sentron, based in the Netherlands, further strengthens our ability to deliver end-to-end sensor solutions worldwide and across industries. Our global reach ensures that we continue to provide high-performance sensors that drive progress in:
