End-to-End OEM and CDMO for Industrial Innovation

Millar’s Industrial OEM Solutions team meets at Millar headquarters in Pearland, Texas.

Our Industrial OEM Process

Determining the Best Sensor Integration Solution

During this initial phase, we determine the best sensor integration for your device. Leveraging over 55 years of sensors expertise, we test and analyze your product to identify potential issues early in the development process, eliminating unnecessary costs and delays and gaining valuable insight into project scope and future manufacturing requirements.

Validating Sensor Integration in Real-World Conditions

After the discovery phase, we move into the proof-of-concept phase. We customize the product and test full sensor integration into one or more working designs. Our OEM team explores multiple design iterations before selecting and refining a final design, then develops initial documentation.

Developing Sensor-Enabled Prototypes

Millar supports hands-on prototyping in our in-house development facilities, giving partners access to our sensor technology, engineering expertise and testing capabilities. At this stage, we work closely with you to refine form and function, validate sensor integration, and prepare for scaled production.

Streamlining Product Manufacturing

In this phase, our manufacturing engineers will begin process validation work and review designs and components to determine the product’s ease of validation, possibly suggesting modifications to maximize production yields.

Taking Prototype Builds to the Next Stage

Once we’re satisfied with prototyping, we prepare your product for real-world application. Our engineering and production teams develop pilot builds, conduct design verification and ensure regulatory compliance. Then we can begin manufacturing your product in our in-house facilities.
