For complete pressure-volume (PV) loop analysis in large and small animal models, Millar’s PV loop catheters are reusable - non-sterile and they integrate seamlessly with our MPVS Duo™ pressure-volume loop system.
Millar's small mammal pressure-volume loop catheters combine pressure sensors and electrodes for simultaneous high-fidelity pressure and volume measurements, enabling minimally invasive, continuous, intracardiac pressure-volume analysis. Our product line provides a variety of 3F multi-segment PV loop catheters for complete cardiac function assessment in rabbits and other small animals.
Available Models
The SPR-877 multi-segment, pressure-volume catheter is a dual field catheter that is recommended for use in animals such as rabbits or cats in conjunction with the MPVS Duo™ System. It has 10 electrodes with a 2.5 mm electrode spacing, a 3F pressure sensor, a straight tip and an effective length of 120 cm.
