SPR-320
The SPR-320 Mikro-Tip® pressure catheter is one of Millar's most popular catheters for performing hemodynamic pressure studies in the rat model. With a 2F NiTi wire reinforced, polyurethane catheter body and side-mounted 2F pressure sensor, the SPR-320 model offers increased stiffness for users who prefer a stiffer catheter option during surgical placement. Many users feel this provides optimal delivery across the aortic valve.
For an entry level hemodynamics system, use the SPR-320 rat pressure catheter with the PCU-2000 pressure control unit, a modular PowerLab data acquisition system with LabChart analysis software and the Blood Pressure analysis module. Or for the most complete cardiovascular analysis solution for your lab, combine the SPR-320 with the MPVS Ultra® Single Segment Pressure-Volume Loop system and SPR-838 rat pressure-volume catheter.
